As the first project under XINHU¡¯S cross-province investment
strategy, Victoria Plaza is on Huangshanzhong Road, an
arterial road in Huangshan City. It stretches one km along
the street and has a gross floor area of 180,000 square
meters. It is the largest commercial and residential area
in Huangshan downtown and won the title of ¡°National Healthy
Residence¡± in 2003.It is a land mark real estate property
